In The Occupied Territory

This is my friend Norman Duncan. No great story attached to this, except he is a taxi driver of many years also; even longer that I have been. He is a bit set in his ways and only works out of one taxi rank, and that is Sainsbury at Berryden Road.
He keeps saying he is going to buy a laptop, well, we will wait and see.
Nothing eventful happened at work today, but on Tuesday a guy booked a taxi to take him to Dundee, which is a £120 fare, and said his wife/girfriend would be waiting with the money at the other end. When we called her to confirm, she said , " No way."
He then stared shouting at me for not trusting him and throwing him out, (not literally of course) He had already done a £12 part of the journey with no means to pay it.
I dumped him by the station and told the drivers that work there not to pick him up as he had no means of paying.
The last train had already gone.
