Russian evening in Stirling

Taken at the first Russian evening in the Raploch organised by Dr Elena Leschen, a Russian, and members of the Rotary club of Bridge of Allan and Dunblane.

These young dancers were amongst the evening entertainment introducing Russian culture - food, music, dancing, poetry - to a new audience of over 100 people.

Dr Leschen is one of the first women to be admitted to the local Rotary club and she was helped by a team of young Russian women.
