No You Are Not Blipping Me!

Today was more like it! Blue skies, no clouds, no rain, not much wind, bit cold. That's as good as you are getting in January I suppose! With the weather being good, we parked the museum and went out in the car. Grabbed a loaf of bread and went in search of swans!

First stop, the Forth and Clyde canal and a walk round the Falkirk Wheel (closed). Did the obligatory photos of Robs 'holding up' the wheel, world's strongest man style. Walking back to the car, three swans literally dived into the canal. They got 3/4 of the loaf.

However, this cheeky chap was camera shy (either that or thirsty) and he kept ducking under the water. I took a lot of better shots today, but like this one with the ripples.

Quick bite to eat, then to Tillicoultry to put flowers at my gran's headstone and tidy it up a wee bit. Not going to win any prizes for my flower arranging!

Then last stop to give away the rest of the bread at Gartmorn Dam Country Park. We had 3 swans at the canal, we had 25 swans here - and they had to share the 1/4 loaf that was left. They werre not keen to share! Alas, my 'Swan Loch' blip wont see the light of day.I really need to get my blip membership sorted and get the blipfolio.

Fun day, shame the weather has not been better so we could have had more days outdoors. I am waiting in on a dishwasher being delivered tomorrow. Rock and Roll end to the holidays!
