The daily hose of the dogs before they are allowed in the house. A day of chores and small jobs. The new cattle ring feeder for our highland girls has arrived. We needed one that is designed for the big horns so they cant get stuck in it. Up until now we have been taking a trailer load of silage daily to them. This involves double handling the bales by firstly opening and forking into trailer followed by driving to the cows and forking it out for them.

Been looking at the calendar to assess whats happening in January and what jobs are being prioritised that month. Looks like as always a busy month.
