Remember this jetty I photographed two days ago for the Derelict Thursday Challenge?


 This view shows the gap where narrow planks had once connected the remaining wonky boards to the end platform.

It was taken as the sun was rising and the tide still creeping across the mudflats but not yet touching the posts – so today, no optical illusions.
