SNOW DOWN UNDER !

Hello possums, as Dame Edna would say !!! This is how the courtyard & front garden looks exactly one month after our ANZAC blip meet ! Although the Met Office predicted the snow - down the East Coast of the South Island, it is still a shock to the system. With temperatures at -2degC, it is time to settle down with my knitting; to gaze out the window, & reflect how beautiful this white, winter landscape actually is. It is as though the world has been spring cleaned !

Since last gracing the pages of this blip journal, in my top area, I have planted 700 daffodil bulbs, an avenue of 30 small Azaleas, & several seedling maples. Roll on Spring.
