Park with care

Trip down to Newcastle today, mainly to acquire some new shirts for MrM. Newcastle was busy and the traffic horrendous - can't think of a city where the traffic system and lack of meaningful direction signs is anywhere near as appalling!

A detour to Whitley Bay before coming home. There were hundreds of starlings in the car park by St Mary's Lighthouse - juveniles and adults - perhaps they liked the relative warmth of the tarmac?
