The Fox River

The Fox River is a river that splits
our urban area between East and
West.  Some people have prejudice
towards east or west.  Silly, huh!
This river is a natural resource of our
area.  Yet, the paper industry has
polluted it so that it is suggested
fishermen/women not eat what
they catch but once a month. 

The river dumps into a bay of Lake
Michigan.  There have been court
cases and now the paper companies
are now in the process of clean-up.
This is a gigantic task.  Of course,
we will pay for this when we buy their
products......Capitalism at its best!  The
paper companies employ many people
in the area.....Nothing is ever simple!
