Buoy oh buoy

Back to one of my favourite subjects today. They're always good value on a slow blip day.

Not that today should have been a slow blip day. It was Culture Night in Belfast. Yes, stop sniggering at the back. The words 'culture' and 'Belfast' can co-exist in a sentence.

We went along to a great performance by the Ulster Youth Jazz Orchestra - made better by the fact the two kids knew the conductor and several of the musicians.

A fun night. We should probably have stayed longer, but Wednesday night's Great British Bake Off was apparently burning.a hole in our TiVo at home...
