The extraordinary calm weather continues for yet another day. This photo of the Allan Water river, usually turbulent and windswept , is today a picture of peacefulness. How long will it last?

Opening  tonight of Gillian Adair exhibition at the &Collective gallery. Very busy, full of bright young things. Her work though is big, bold and very beautiful.
