A Welcome On the Wharf .

After days away  it  was lovely to see the geese . They were happy to get the corn and I to get a blip .After last night I was a lazy one today and  saw to mundane indoor tasks. No lovely  garden to come to my aid , no super cat , but , as  Goose Fairy of Castlefield  I got my welcome . It was dark but they came swimming like Olympic Champs .First ashore the winner . There were eleven more in no time and all got their share .Here is the first  out of the water  & you can see the water droplets on his  feathers plus the lights on the water look warm . Driving up to Scotland we saw flocks of geese heading South . Yesterday likewise .Always a splendid sight .
