Sunrise over Loch Insh

The alarm going off at 5am to get out and prepared to shoot the sunrise was definitely worth it when presented with this glorious spectacle.

The extra photo demonstrates the intensity of colour in the trees in the Cairngorms. This year is one of the best years ever for autumn colour in this area.
