Day at a Time

Mine Woods

I'm working on Saturday so I decided not to (or not very much) today. Went for a walk in the Mine Woods at Bridge of Allan, followed by coffee and cake. Then a trip to the cowp, otherwise known as the local recycling facility or something like that. One of the best things about going to the cowp, in fact really the only thing, is that you can pick up bags of garden compost made from the contents of brown bins. It's like a workout, shovelling compost into bags then spreading it when you get home. Very satisfying.
