A writers' Christmas cake

Managed to almost finish my first Christmas cake Friday night  but too tired to blip so back blipping on Saturday.
This one was, as you can see, for our Writers Club and had to be ready early, for the final meeting before Christmas, on Saturday 12th December (the cake is now eaten!).
As it was for Writers Club I wonder whether you can guess what it aimed to represent when finished. Think Nietzsche and Denmark.
All will be revealed when my other two cakes are ready for JazzyB's Christmas Cake Challenge.
PS. Monday morn added a group shot from the meeting as an extra; I was going to blip it but we have another blipper in our midst and I was beaten to it. A couple more members arrived after the shot was taken.
