Red Devil Den

Leo looks rather pleased with his latest den. We did manage to entice the hermit out today, first for brekkie at Bill's and then out for a run after lunch to get his mile in for his marathon challenge. He ran around and around one of the nearby fields in order to get the mile in.

I made it to bell ringing - still not got much puff or life in my legs and arms but got through it. Poor mum is now suffering through the grotty lurgy and is wheezing and coughing the day away. Leo seems lots better - just croaking away but he has his usual abundance of energy.

As my 8 miles are all done for the day I am going to crack on with some more crocheting practice this evening. I am still rubbish but getting better bit by bit.
