The Hoodoo's of Bryce National Park
After Zion we traveled to Bryce Canyon National Park where we drove around the park taking in the spectacular scenery. The park was gorgeous, consisting of towering pinnacle structures called hoodoos. We stopped at some fantastic overlooks on the canyon rim, which looked down into the canyon below. Bryce, being considerably higher than Zion meant that there was snow lying around a lot of the park, making the contrast in colours even more spectacular. Around midday the clouds started to roll in and towards early afternoon it started to heavily snow. The snow was so thick that we decided to head back to the motel early and put our feet up.
