Evening light on the hills..

Not been posting for a few days, been busy tidying the croft for the "Assynt gardening club" visit.. Got most of the weeding done, and topped the grass again.. All looking very tidy again. And even managed to finish weeding the carrots (take note G&A!!).

The club enjoyed their afternoon on the croft, looking at the veg, the damage done by the Diamond backed moth, my seed drill, rhubarb, raspberries, and the poly-tunnel.. All topped off with a couple of G's cakes and tea and coffee..

Then over to Croftcrafts to have an hour looking at her garden. I think everyone was amazed at this riot of colour that's hidden from view. Until you walk up her path a little.. Thanks I&D, I think everyone had a lovely day.

And the sun shone when it should have. But there were a few midges about..
