Hare today gone tomorrow!

A sunny morning which gradually cloudied over but still warm.  Did the washing and gardening this morning.  Went with a friend to another friends for tea and then early evening had a walk.  I was so surprised to this this hare which was laying down when I first saw it but then moved and sat like this for awhile.  Unfortunately I couldn't get any nearer.  The extra I liked because of the light.  Also took a photo of a red admiral which landed on me!  Not enough extras!!
