Healthy Train

Attempting to get back on the healthy train this week. I've been pretty good on the food front but exercising is difficult at the moment because of shin splints. I'm trying to do some walking but I can't really get too far before the pain kicks in. Fingers crossed slowly shifting some weight will help.

What you see above is spicy rice with mushrooms and lightly spiced turkey steaks.
