Ragged

Another routine day.

Lots of domestic stuff done as well as a bit of work.

I went to Kinghorn Loch for my after lunch coffee. I was surprised to see these rowers. The local canoe club uses the water, but this boat looks like the kind they use for inshore rowing.

I think there is a sea rowing club at Kinghorn so maybe they've moved it to the loch for the winter.

They looked quite ragged after once around the loch, so maybe beginners.

I should give it a try. Safer than cycling. Good for the upper body as well as the legs.
