Sound the Alarm

Yesterday, I went out to fill the bird feeder to find
this little woodpecker trapped between the two
shepherd's crooks.  I have no clue as to how this
happened, but I released it, took a photo and
sent it on its way.  Now, I am hoping it is still alive
and well.  One of its legs was injured and bloodied
with its attempt to escape.  It flew away, but
can it stand on both legs?  Bless you little bird!
