Fareham town

The Hampshire town of Fareham has seen rapid expansion over recent years, yet you can still find a picture-postcard view.
My view was from the Cams Hall estate on the edge of town, looking across the creek to the town itself.
The creek is at the northern edge  of Portsmouth Harbour and is designated a site of special scientific interest. It is also part of the Portsmouth Harbour Special Protection Area  so provides protection to a range of birds and wildlife, although there is a slipway just off the town centre which provides access to the water.
Cams Hall, a grand Palladian style mansion is home of hi-tech business services, and the golf club within the estate provides spectacular fairways overlooking the creek and this part of Portsmouth Harbour.
