A Day Of Two Halves

Out at 8.30 this morning to travel to Milford Haven to watch Young Master M's team get thrashed 7-1 and knocked out of the West Wales cup. It was freezing and grey. Dismal weather for a dismal result.

By contrast, the weather back here was beautifully sunny, though still very cold. Mr M and I took the dogs down to the river path this afternoon for a run for them and Mr M and a walk/run for me. My foray into running was cut short before Christmas with being ill. My ribs still hurt from the coughing even now and various joints are aching, but I decided it was high time I got back into it again. I did a lot more walking than running but I was moving for an hour, so that's got to count for something!
