Souper day

Made some more of the parsnip, carrot and apple soup yesterday - and had some for lunch today. I was halfway through the first piece of toast before it occurred to me to take a photo :)

Popped into town this afternoon and bumped into one of the carers from mum's place - and had a good catch up. Then went on to visit mum, who was on good form this afternoon - and who still had appetite for chocolate after her supper :)
