Oh, yum....lutefisk....

NOT!! We went to the annual Sons of Norway lutefisk extravaganza. Since M is half Norsk, I agreed to go, BUT no lutefisk for this lil duck. I indulged myself with the Swedish meatballs and pickled herring. The pictures of the dinner plates cause retinal damage....all the food is so white. If it started out as a color, it was whitened by an addition of....white stuff. Our dinner companions had just returned from Argentina, so lively travel conversation ensued.
