Backblip -

There were still large patches of deep snow up top in the Peak District and what with that, and the bits of bog that weren't frozen, it was hard work... but exhilarating.

The extra was taken not long before the scrambling got too wet, green and icy for me to continue to the top of Grindsbrook Clough and I exited up the steep sides of the gorge, trying not to cling onto heather.....
