Canal Park, Duluth

I woke up early this morning and took a stroll through Canal Park in Duluth.  Shipping season is closed for the season here.  If you walk or drive down to the Port of Duluth-Superior,  you see the "lakers" as they are called, in layup for repairs and painting or waiting for spring.  This photo  includes a sculpture dedicated to the seamen of the Great Lakes, the iconic Duluth Lift Bridge and Grandma's Restaurant which has been down here on the canal for many years.
