A very wet trip into the Peak District today

A lovely lunch with two of Ann's oldest friends who have been holidaying in Derbyshire.  It was lovely to see them.  Something that's not too easy as they live in London.  Here they are setting off back on their journey home and the weather was absolutely foul.  It was a lovely lunch in a very nice pub/ restaurant called The Plough, just outside Hathersage.  

We had a wet and cloudy drive across Strines, so avoided Sheffield traffic coming home.

We've had some final argy bargy over money for mum's house, but we do finally seem to be on track for completion next Friday - another long story and I'm just so sick of it all.  There are just too much emotional stuff attached too.
