Watching the Pelicans

The photo above shows a small group watching Pelicans flying closely over the waves looking for food.  The extra is a group of "Spring Breakers" on the beach late this afternoon.  This is the time of year when it is evident the Myrtle Beach area is a popular Spring Break destination for college students.  I've talked with a group of male Frisbee tournament players and two groups of females softball players from Divistion III colleges.  Some of the college kids were actually wading the surf today.  It is not that warm.  Both photos offer better details in large.
