Biker Beccs

Marie and I went out to see Beccs this afternoon a friend of mine from the running club and my coaching group. Beccs is a wonderful person and always the one to encourage and make other people happy, Beccs has been diagnosed with depression and is going to write a journal about her journey. I know Beccs is in good hands because she has a support network of wonderful friends. Beccs is not called Sparkles for no reason at all. I always feel better after hanging around her.  Head case
