Time for yoga

Woke up this morning and am stunned by the location. It's like living in an Italian landscape painting .
The yoga retreat is in a former monastery and each room is different , but like a cell only much bigger.

As for the yoga it's a steep learning curve- from one class a week to three a day.
And it starts at 7.30am...
