What a sky !

Mike went to Inverness this morning to the tip to get rid of some of the rubbish from the garden. David wanted a game so he went too. Richard was in bed so I had the chance to tidy with no one around.
After lunch Mike loaded the car and we went to Dngwall tip this time and there was room for me. We drove back along the road next to the Cromarty Firth, through Corntown, I was hoping to find the Highland cows but could nt see them. I did see some 'normal' cows and they looked good against the misty hills behind. The tide was very high so we went down to Udale bay, all the grassy banks were covered in water and just the tops of the fence posts were showing.
On to wash the car that was filthy after yesterdays trip. I wondered round the garage taking  photos of the Old Tractor and Land Rovers.
On to Cromarty where an amazing sky threatened more rain. A wonderful, colourful rainbow was between the Sutors. We had an icecream, mine was Turkish delight , and one scoop of Rhubarb and custard, yummy :) We also watched a couple of dolphins and a porpoise swim by.
Home in the rain.
