Eyes

Missed yoga as I could hardly keep my eyes open by 7pm, clearly the weekend's fun and travel is catching up on me!

Attended a very interesting conference at Kingsholm Stadium in Gloucester - what a plush and spacious venue. The speaker Dr Bill Rogers, who had come over from Australia, was very entertaining with his highly visual delivery (he's a very good artist) and ascerbic wit.
