The long walk

Could not decide between the photo of Barney, a German mountain dog I met on my walk (see extra), or this one of our road.
Did I choose right?
 
Just back from my 94 year old neighbour where her carer had been forced to walk over half a mile up our steep road because her car got stuck and she had to abandon it.
 
I got talking to her, a middle aged Muslim woman, and it transpires she had 29 elderly people to visit that day and she had six more to see after my neighbour – and that was 6.30. this evening.
 
How much does she get paid by Care watch agency, employed by Stirling Council?  About £8 an hour and the council do not even pay her mileage.
 
Now if that is not exploitation of low-paid women workers I don’t know what is.
