If you look closely you can see two of what I believe to be Common Quail Coturnix coturnix. I took my real camera with me this morning to out morning walk with the dogs because in the near by trees where we walk couple of mornings there's been a big herd of birds which could be storks. My iPhone just couldn't produce a picture in the morning light as they were off road. But the birds did not respect my wish to photograph them, but I did catch these quails which I've seen few mornings, but they've been off so fast that I could not identify them. I hope the believed to be storks return.

It's been quite busy day. In the morning I made a top to Jennifer, because I wanted to make something nice to her. At ten I took it her with an excuse that I wanted to try out a pattern. I can see the old age in her as she doesn't always remember all the recent details, but she loves to tell me about her life and she has such big heart and good sense of humor that I really enjoy her company.

So I spent 2,5 hours with her. Then I came home and cut some fabric. Then lunch and the doggos out. Then I had to take a breather and have some coffee with ice cream. After that I put all the hand dyed (been 24 hours in the plastics as they are supposed to be) to washing machine and was supposed to do some pilates and I saw Lou coming with the half dead banana plant (of which we don't know what it actually is) and some basil for me to save. The basil came to me as she thought she was buying mint for mojitos. So she actually had made some mojitos in their bar with the basil until she realized wrong herb! (She really needs some sleep and also the heat must have an effect on this all.) Anyway I think it's very funny story. And I got a huge bunch of basil which I already have in the garden, but I love it so I welcome it gladly. Tomorrow I have to plant the tree...

After Lou left I did the pilates and then it was time to hung the hand dyed fabrics to dry. Then we took care of the doggos paws (trim and wax) and trimmed whole Buddha. Then another walk with them and quickly to the shower as I was itching from the hair residue all over me.

Now some tv and snack and then off to bed. Seawater has cooled to nice 25°C and the waves have finally died. I might take a morning swim tomorrow if I have some energy left. Pretty long and eventful day it's been.

Good night to you all!
