Hermes - Part 2

After being promised an update on my missing parcel in 28 hours, I finally got an answer, ovr50 hours later.. And what words of great wisdom did they impart, yep, the parcel was delivered and signed for on Monday. NO IT WASN'T.

How do I know this? Two reason: -
Daughter K is not a liar, thief, fraud etc.
Coincidentally, she got another package delivered today, by Hermes, so she button holed the driver. He remembered the package, and which house he delivered it to. Credit to him this time, he went back to the house, retrieved the parcel, and delivered it to K. He must have been having a bad day last week, (I'm being kind here, it is Christmas,nearly)

The CEO is still going to get an email, I just have to redraft it, and Hermes have lost a customer.
