The fly and the raindrops

A busy day again, a water fitness class followed by pilates, then a late morning coffee with a friend and dropping off a few dahlias and broad beans to her.  Then it was a visit to the podiatrist and back home for a late lunch.  The rain eventually stopped and I visited the garden for todays blip.  I have put it in Tiny Tuesday with the Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder for two reasons.  The water droplets must be very welcome for a thirsty fly and the size and shape of them must seem very beautiful to the fly.  Also the fly to me is not a very beautiful creature mainly because I associate it with ill health and always chase them out of the house but to another fly I am sure this one will appear very beautiful with its fluorescent metallic green colours.  Thanks to loisbiz for hosting Tiny Tuesday.

Later this evening it was out to a nature photography talk, so back blipped today.  Our son has been chasing a new job and is in the situation of one firm offer with the potential of another two.  A good position to be in after just under 2 years since his return from 3 years of travelling.
