Another non-working Monday!
Whilst in Cornwall, I made a physio appointment for today and, of course, by the time I saw the physio, it was all a lot better. I had to do the equivalent of the car owner imitating the funny noise that the car had been making until just before it got to the garage.
The physio, worryingly, was in crutches. Physio, heal thyself. I didn’t say.
Anyway, she was reasssuring. Probably a bone bruise. Ease back into activity and some exercises to try and fit in to my already packed schedule.

Back home, I dutifully did the exercises and, after a bit of tyre swapping, took the road bike out for a spin. And did a bit of work on M’s old road bike so it is ready to go if he wants a ride whenever he is home.
