Climbing hold

Got up at a very sensible time this morning and went down to the bouldering wall. I am still improving by leaps and bounds, attacking a wider range of routes and circuits, my hands are hardening up and getting stronger. My shoulders are loosening off. But my hips are definitely not as flexible as they were in years gone by, and I don't know that I can expect that to change. 

This is one of the bespoke holds they have up, it doesn't seem to get much use though. Far too clean.
