Just experimenting .... thought I would share my not so good first attempt.

First Leader Shift that I've done for quite a while is out of the way. I have another tomorrow morning and one more on Friday. It's nice to be slowly getting back to normal routines.

Went to the doctors to get my last dressing changed and to get the wound cleaned and then went for a haircut.

Still not allowed to bath or shower which is really getting to me. Over 3 weeks now and they are still telling me that I cannot until all my wounds have sealed themselves. There are only so many crevices you can get into standing at a sink.
