Happy 1st birthday!

This is Duncan, Jill's friend's Aimee's child. He turned 1 on Christmas. We attended his party, which was fun. There was chicken, salad and cake. The chicken was excellent. Duncan was not impressed with his cake.

Aimee's sister and mom were upset about different things and did not come. Her sister was mad that she was having a birthday party for her only child, and her mom was mad it wasn't about her or something. Why are people from this area so angry all the time?
