Made one last trip out before the lockdown starts at 4:30PM today.   Gas, bank, take-out lunch, return a borrowed item to a friend, quick nip into store just to check status of essentials (shelves are getting emptier and none to be had).   Watched big smiles appear on the faces of the people grabbing the last two rolls of paper towels, 1 roll each.

Newspaper headline :  LOCKDOWN
COVID-19 cases here  =  77, 1 death

Honolulu and Maui counties mayors issued an order to shelter-in-place until April 30 (at least).   Governor Ige issued a lockdown for the entire state around midday.
