Onion and spinach Bhajis, Aloo Baingan and Gobi (Spiced cauliflower stuffed) Paratha for a Saturday night in.

I think I did my tutor (Kiran Bhandari) proud.  Kiran produces the 'Holy Cow' range of Indian cooking sauces you can get in many Waitrose supermarkets.

Mind you; I was pretty tired after producing just these two covers!
