Here's another lovely example of historic Norwich. This gateway was originally build about 1100 then replaced after riots and fire. The link usefully gives a good image of tother side of the gate.

I'm struggling, as I guess we all are, to adapt to this new socialy distant reality.   Much of the time my system feels overloaded. Anxiety levels are high. In spite of lots of exercise indoors and out my body is seizing up. It's very hard to articulate to share with you how I am. My system hasn't yet been able to digest the implications of it all.
I used to find the teaching of Eckhart Tolle very useful . He recommends maintaining Acceptance, Enthusiasm, Enjoyment. So that's the discipline I'm trying to follow. It gives me some anchor.
