Wortley Village towards Huddersfield

Brilliant blue sky morning which showed the village off well. This is an estate village, so many of these properties are rented from the estate rather than owner occupied. So probably a less affluent village than it looks at first glance.

Our paper comes from the Wortley Post office, so there are often older people from the village who buy milk and some of their groceries. We also have a farm shop in the village which I've mentioned here before.
