Barnard Castle Eye Test beer bread

Katherine came over for lunch and then a face-to-face-to-screen PhD supervision with me and David (in County Durham) today. She brought with her this delicious loaf of Barnard Castle Eye Test beer bread.

Around the five meetings today I managed to squeeze in enough work on the grant proposal to finish off the full draft. This is now with internal peer reviewers. I have asked for their comments by next Thursday, and will work on these a week today.
