Accident

It happened so quickly. M rushed to answer the phone and slipped on the floor. Ends up in hospital with broken hip.
 
Hopefully tomorrow he will have an operation for a partial hip replacement.
 
Because of Covid no visitors allowed. He is in NHS Larbert, which is taking overflow Covid patients from Glasgow.
 
Still trying to get my head around how quickly our lives have changed- literally in seconds. Have spoken to him several times on the phone and he seems quite cheerful though in a lot of pain, and he is refusing to take painkillers.
