Thank goodness that's over ...

Although I have some quite strong political beliefs myself, I try not to air them on the internet - everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and really who's to say who is correct - only history will tell I guess.

What I am certain of is that having spent a lot of time dealing with extremist material professionally in the UK, that which has been going on in the US, fuelled massively by the social media firehose of his consciousness from Donald Trump - is something that I've seen and been involved in the prosecution of here. 

That kind of thing _is_ wrong, and regardless of your  political affiliation, you should know that.

So, I maintain, I'm glad that it is over, I hope that the new administration can manage to move forward from the poisonous rhetoric of the recent years and progress to a more united and collaborative America.
