Saturday afternoon shopping

Strolling through Bridge of Allan this afternoon I could not help but notice the number of people.
You could be forgiven for thinking either lockdown had been lifted- or it did not apply to this wee Victorian spa town.
How did I know they were not locals? Shops are closed, apart from the takeaways but the “out of town visitors” did the next best thing. Window-shopping.
 
Maybe  we are hard wired to think of Saturday afternoon is for shopping- even in a pandemic.
