Nest building supplies

I decided to spend the morning of my birthday just lounging in the backyard.  As well as watching other birds I was able to photograph this Mockingbird picking moss from my hanging fairy garden.

The birds have been picking the moss for a couple of weeks now and so my garden was looking pretty bare.  Luckily I had some moss tucked away and so I got it out and recovered my fairy garden (extra) so the birds can continue to pick pieces to pad their nests with.  

I came in and began to go through my photos but found myself nodding off!  

My 3 year old neighbour came by and brought me a brownie with cookies & cream icing (extra) and a picture she drew for my fridge.
